I’m a content designer, and I explain tricky things on the internet and in apps to make tech a better, more human place. If you let me explain why conversational copy doesn't equal casual copy, I will not shut up about it. I get a thrill from using words to craft human-like experiences that are easy to use and that solve problems. I'm also a stickler for users' rights. I advocate for users like an olympic champion.

I shadowed the UX writing team at Paychex
I worked with a team of UX writers to create marketing content for new emails and write conversational copy for a new watchOS app.

I interned at Handshake
I completed an extremely successful internship where I increased push notifications CTR by 19% and increased traffic to job posts by 30%

I entered the professional workforce
It's been difficult getting my foot in the door after graduating college, but I've learned a plethora of transferrable skills in my role at the University of Rochester.
